I was pleased to receive a carton of Epsom Salt to review. I had never previously tried it, even though I have heard of it, I never knew what it was used for. I first tried Bath-time Bliss, I ran a warm bath, added a little bit of bubbles, and 2 cups of Epsom salt. As I soaked, I noticed my skin was feeling softer, and my back pains were diminishing. I didn't want to get out (lol).
Then I tried the Microdermabrassion Facial, I added it to my fave facial scrub and mixed 1/2 TBS of Epsom Salt, and applied it to my face in a circular motion, and rinsed with cool water, and patted it dry. I noticed my skin felt soft, refreshed and clean. I cant wait to try out the other solutions Epsom Salt can do! (Maybe my blue thumb will turn green with the help of Epsom Salt.)
You can also use Epsom Salt many different ways, I listed a few, to find more ways you can use or to learn more about Epsom Salt, you can visit their website Epsomsaltcouncil.org, or connect with them through Facebook, Twitter (@epsom_salt) and Youtube.

Epsom Salt- actually magnesium sulfate-can help people maintain optimum levels of both magnesium and sulfate. Sulfate helps form joint proteins and helps keep joints healthy, flushes toxins and improves absorption of nutrients. Magnesium regulates more than 325 enzymes in the body, performing more functions than almost any other mineral. Among the benefits: magnesium helps reduce inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps, helps muscles and nerves function properly and helps prevents artery hardening and blood clots.
♥~ To ease muscle pain and fading bruises: Add 2 cups of Epsom Salt to warm water in a standard size bathtub (double the Epsom Salt for an over-sized garden tub) and bathe 3x weekly, soaking for at lease 12 minutes. Also can be used to make a compress.
♥~ To soothe feet aching from a tough workout or a long day: Add a cup of Epsom salt to a tub of warm water and soak them.
♥~ Skin: For mosquito bites, bee stings, mild sunburn and poison ivy, make compresses by soaking a cotton washcloth in cold water that has been mixed with Epsom salt (2 tablespoons per cup), then apply to the skin.
