(House Warming Event) Muffin Meal Review and Giveaway

Love to cook?? I know I do, specially sweets like muffins and cupcakes. But after a while, plain muffins and cupcakes gets boring, don't you agree?? Why not add a POP of Flavor to your muffins with Muffin Meal!!

Muffin Meal is a new bake ware accessory to bake cup like holes in your muffins or cupcakes, to create an enjoyable treat filled with yummy-ness!! Muffin Meal is made with High Temperature resistant plastic and comes in a set of 6, (6 cups and 6 bottom pieces) Large Paper Liners and Small Paper Liners with pre-cut holes.

I recently was able to test out the Muffin Meal and I decided to make Blueberry Muffin Short Cake Surprise. At first, I was a little skeptical about the Muffin Meal cups since they are a plastic type material and was scared they would melt when placed into my oven. But the thought of the Blueberry Muffin Short Cake Surprise just took that fear right away (lol). I went to our local Wal-mart and but some fresh blueberries, Whip cream and blueberry muffin mix.

First I started by cleaning the muffin meal cups and finding a good pan to cook them in. Unfortunately, I still haven't unpacked my muffin pans and are somewhere buried in my garage, however, I been using a no pan foil baking cups (although they don't ever come out looking like championship circles, they work just great for us). Anyways, as I placed my "foil" muffin pan into a circle, then I placed the bottom of the Muffin Meal in to my baking pan. Second I added the pre-cut paper liners on top of the base of the Muffin Meal and started following the directions on the blueberry muffin mix.

I then placed the top cup part of the muffin meal onto the base and poured the blueberry muffin mix into the cup liners. (This was my first attempt to use the muffin meal, so my aim on trying to fill the paper cups wasn't the greatest). I placed them in the oven for the final test.

After baking the muffins for 16 minutes, I pulled out the muffins and they already looked delicious! I let the muffins cool so I could remove the muffin meal bake-ware. I was surprised the muffin meal bake-ware didn't melt and actually left a decent looking hole inside my muffin!!

I then filled the holes of the muffins with real blueberries cut. and added a squirt of whipped cream to top it off. I then added a spoonful of blueberries I had sugared to create a juice to the top. I took my first bite and fell in love, it was so delicious and the filling made it 100% more tasty, and I owe it all to Muffin Meal!!

Overall, I really love the Muffin Meal and the creations you can make are endless!! I totally recommend these for Moms, Grandparents, Party throwers and Bakers!! These would make a great addition to anyone's kitchen cooking bake-ware and would be an awesome gift!!
