(House Warming Event) IMUSA Pressure Cooker review and Giveaway!!

I love to cook, but finding time to cook a great home cooked, soul food meal comes once in a blue moon. Not anymore!! I found the perfect time savor product from IMUSA!! Introducing the IMUSA Pressure Cooker!!

The IMUSA Pressure Cooker reduces cooking time by nearly 70% and locks in food's nutrients and flavors. The pressure Cooker features a 7.5 quart capacity, a 5-point safety system, and a food safe silicone gasket. The IMUSA Pressure Cooker is made with durable Aluminum for a longer lasting cooker and comes with recipes and instruction guide.

*PLEASE NOTE*For Safe and Best Results,  please read all instructions while using a pressure cooker, as they can be very dangerous if not properly used.

Upon receiving the IMUSA Pressure Cooker, I decided to make my favorite homemade Lima Beans. I simply set my beans in water over night and then the next day, I placed them in my IMUSA Pressure Cooker and added a few seasonings and some slices of Bacon. I then let the Pressure Cooker do it's job!! Normally it takes my Lima Beans around two and half hours to cook thoroughly, but with the IMUSA Pressure Cooker it only took them an hour and they were fully cooked and soooooo delicious.

I found that the lid was very easy to open and closed. I did practice a few times before I actually used it to cook, to make sure I knew how it operated. Cleaning was also a breeze, I simply hand washed it as soon as I got done cooking my beans and it came clean fairly easy, more-so than what I originally thought, since it is all aluminum.

Gasket for Pressure Cooker and Easy Latch to safe and secure Cooking!

I love that the IMUSA Pressure Cooker came with extra recipes, there is so many awesome recipes I want to try!!

Need other Great Recipes to cook with your Pressure Cooker?? Be Sure to stop by IMUSAUSA.com and look at all their cool recipes that you can use with your Pressure Cooker from IMUSA!! Check out the Chicken Quesadillas you can cook!! (These look delish!!)

Chicken Quesadillas By Chef Elsie Romas

Ingredients
2 lbs of boneless chicken cutlets
2 cups of shredded mozzarella (or cheddar cheese)
2 tbsp of adobo seasoning (Adobo can be found in your Hispanic or seasoning section at most supermarkets)
1 tsp of chili powder
Corn tortillas
Step by Step Instructions
Use your IMUSA Pressure Cooker to cook the chicken cutlets. First, by adding ½ cup of water, then placing the chicken cutlets into your IMUSA Pressure Cooker and drizzling with adobo seasoning. Then, cover and cook the chicken cutlets for about 40 minutes.

Turning off the stove, let it sit for about 10 minutes before opening. Once the chicken is cool enough to touch; using your hands shred the chicken and add chili powder. Immediately, cover the shredded chicken and let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.

1. Begin by heating up your IMUSA Comal and add cooking spray (or drizzle a little bit of oil). Place one tortilla shell on your IMUSA Comal, and top the tortilla with a little cheese.

2. Next, spoon some of the shredded chicken mixture on top and then top the meat with a little more cheese (this will keep the quesadilla together).

3. Place another tortilla shell on top.
4. Once it’s brown on one side, gently flip the whole quesadilla, using your IMUSA Turner until it’s brown on the other side as well.

The non-stick surface of your IMUSA Comal makes removing quesadillas easy! Wipe with a clean paper towel and you’re done. Quesadillas can be served with a dollop of guacamole, salsa and sour cream with a top of chopped cilantro.

Overall, cooking with the IMUSA Pressure Cooker cut my cooking time in half, leaving more Family time and I still end up with mouthwatering meals at dinner time. I think The Pressure Cooker will make a great gift for anyone, including yourself!
