The Making of Mary Poppins

Our Thoughts:
Being a child of the 80's, I have always adored Mary Poppins growing up. It was always a delight to sit down and watch it with my late Grandmother and enjoyed spending that time with her.  Now I am excited to be able to sit down with my girls and share those same memories with them!

At first, I didn't think they would enjoy Mary Poppins, because its not all animated, but to my amazement, they really enjoyed it. I was shocked as they sat there and bopped along to the music and smiled as Mary, Bert, Jane and Michael went on their adventures.

Sometimes, I wish a lady would fall from the sky and help me with my two youngest mischievous children, wouldn't you? LOL...

Overall, we enjoyed watching this movie as a family, and I would totally recommend this timeless classic to your Family Movie Library or even your children's Disney Movie Collection!!

I love seeing the classic old films digitally remastered and brought back to life. I think this would go nicely with the new one with To Hanks in it (now the ame slips my mind!)

This is one of my favorites from when I was a kid! It is right up there with Rogers and Hammerstein's Cinderella! =)
